About Our Client:

Our client is a renowned entity within the Public Sector and Government, specifically within the healthcare division. They operate numerous facilities across the UK, providing top-tier care to thousands of patients on a daily basis. This particular role is based in their Bognor Regis & Chichester Offices.

As a Booking Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and medical professionals
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
  • Input and update patient information accurately into the hospital database
  • Collaborate effectively with medical and administrative staff
  • Assist in managing patient queries and concerns
  • Follow all hospital protocols and guidelines
  • Participate in training and development programmes

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Booking Administrator should have:

  • A strong background in Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ideally experience within a hospital setting
