About Our Client:
Our client is a renowned entity within the Public Sector and Government, specifically within the healthcare division. They operate numerous facilities across the UK, providing top-tier care to thousands of patients on a daily basis. This particular role is based in their Bognor Regis & Chichester Offices.
As a Booking Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and medical professionals
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
- Input and update patient information accurately into the hospital database
- Collaborate effectively with medical and administrative staff
- Assist in managing patient queries and concerns
- Follow all hospital protocols and guidelines
- Participate in training and development programmes
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Booking Administrator should have:
- A strong background in Administration
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ideally experience within a hospital setting
