MS2 (Milne Security Services) a leading provider of complete security solutions, is seeking an effective, skilled and motivated Supervisor
- Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
- Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the security operations across multiple assignments.

Work Location:
MS2 Office and clients assignments locations
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and produce weekly rotas for security personnel across MS2 assignments, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients regarding weekly requirements of security services.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement required corrective measures to ensure compliance with security procedures and standards.
- Provide an effective response to alarm activations and incidents.
- Collate & review operational daily reports, including alarm responses and other keyholding activities, incidents, asset checks etc.
- Develop and maintain excellent clients' relations by understanding their specific security needs, addressing any concerns, providing required reports and overall exceptional service.
- Oversee the quality and work performance of security officers by conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying training needs & implementing development plans as needed.
- Conduct random visits to MS2 assignments, to ensure compliance, evaluate security protocols, and provide guidance to security personnel.
- Foster a culture of engagement and professionalism within the security team, promoting teamwork, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security supervision and proficient coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including manned guarding, access control, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Exceptional leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Relevant security industry certifications and licences.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security operations.
Experience & Other Requirements:
Managing: 1 year (preferred)
SIA Licence/First Aid Certification
Driving Licence essential
