Description
As a Remortgage Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Assisting caseworkers in handling a large caseload
- Making outbound calls to chase information and mortgage advances
- Take inbound calls during the busier season
- Process mortgage offers
- Conduct identification checks
- Assist with caseworkers administrative tasks
Profile
The successful Remortgage Customer Service Advisor you will demonstrate:
- Some experience in IT
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Accurately carrying out procedures and processes
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Having a friendly and helpful service to client care
