Flaming hot, new job Working as a Maintenance Fitter in the heart of Sheffield for an historic metal machining company.

This is a permanent contract working Mon - Fri with early finishes Friday with pay from £12 p/h

Working as a
Maintenance Fitter will include small welding jobs, fixing machinery that is broken, turning, milling, drilling and other maintenance tasks.

Do I need experience for this role?

Previous experience will have included some machining work in the repair and alteration of mechanical equipment parts in industrial machinery.

The necessary skills are basic ability in turning, milling, drilling, and welding involved in making of simple replacement parts.
