About the Team

Lakeside St Neots is in a lovely town location with around 21,000 patients. We are a diverse and dynamic team of GPs, Pharmacists, Physios, Social Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Nursing Associates, Emergency Care Practitioners and ANPs.


Job Introduction


We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team providing general practice services including; Phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care/simple dressings, Administering Injections such as Flu and Pneumonia, long term condition reviews, such as diabetes, asthma, NHS Health checks, INR clinics, Learning disabilities, smoking cessation etc.

Experience of using system one or similar system is desirable.

All aspects of Healthcare assistant care, with potential to develop skills in line with the needs of the business and your personal interests.


Essential Criteria

  • English and Maths at grade C or above / equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to undertake training to enhance the team and services we offer to our patients.
  • Selfmotivated and a good team player ability to priorities and organize workload with good time management.
  • HCA training or care certificate.
