One of our favourite clients are currently looking for Customer Care Executive to join their already highly successful team on a 7 month FTC.


You will be joining one the most supportive, friendliest teams with managers who are always growing and upskilling their team.


The role will be office based initially through the training period and then will move to a hybrid role with majority of the role being based from the comfort of your own home.

This role has a salary of £25,000 + brilliant company benefits.


This role has lots of offer and variety, your day will be filled with building and developing current customer accounts, delivering within SLA and KPIS set out, engage with stakeholders using effective communication, ensuring attendance to company events, ensuring all administration is up to date, managing set assigned accounts, updating the company CRM system.
