What youll be doing
Landmark strives to make every working day matter and deliver the best client experience. Giving our clients exceptional customer service gives you a buzz, too.
Youll work as part of our onsite support team. Think of yourself as every clients right arm because everything you do will help their business to succeed.
As a Landmark CEA, youll find every day is different.
Heres a taste of what youll do:
- Give Landmark clients and visitors a warm welcome and help them during their time with us
- Respond to enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Set up clients IT requirements and resolve any issues
- Deliver all internal post and process post and courier requests
- Systems administration, including customer billing
- Maintain our workspaces high quality with regular building inspections and equipment checks
- Monitor and order stock
Youll have plenty of ideas when you meet with the senior team to ensure the highest standards in service, security and safety.
Your input will also be vital for the end of month reports prepared by your centre manager about the ongoing success of your centre.
