Tymia Limited is looking for individuals with Auditing experience who also posses general Cleaning knowledge to work within multiple hospitals within the London south East Area.


Job Role
Responsibility for efficient and effective collation of data in support of the patient/customer experience. Recording and administration of information (directly/indirectly) through monitoring, audit and survey. Recording and reporting of information in support of ISS H&S/Food Safety/Quality systems


Key Responsibilities

  • To undertake monitoring, audits and surveys in all services including Catering, Cleaning and Logistics**:
  • **using/embracing technology/systems where appropriate
  • To create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff working within
  • To maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies
    and procedures.
  • Produce information accurately and within the required deadlines
  • Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is maintained at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in line with Company and Trust policy, where appropriate.

Experience

  • Experience in Administration systems
- quality control systems

  • H & S / Food safety systems
  • General knowledge of Cleaning

Skills

  • Good level of numeracy and understanding of budgets.
  • Pro active
- organisational and rapport building skills

  • Cleaning experience

Shifts/Pay rate

  • 37.5 Hours a week
  • Monday to Friday
- £23,000 Per annum


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, BR3 3BX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cleaning: 1 year (required)
  • Auditing: 1 year (required)
