We're looking for a
Agent to join our Infrastructure Major Projects team in Aldermaston, Berkshire. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities


As an Agent you'll be working within the Major Projects team managing resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned project(s) safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit on projects.


Your day to day will include:

  • Programming works, commercial performance and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier other H&S related policies and procedures
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification
  • Promote cross division working with other members within the Project to create a oneteam ethos
  • Take full ownership and accountability for profit and loss in the project, ensuring robust control of target costs and actual costs incurred

Who are we looking for?
This role of Agent is great for you if:

  • Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree)
  • Chartership with ICE or working towards
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills including leading and managing technical teams within a competitive business environment.
  • Able to establish project requirements and drive the team to deliver the required outputs in terms of quality, cost and programme.
