Our client based in Blackburn, Lancashire are recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors / Call Handlers to join their Customer Care and Response Team.


The objective of the role is provide the highest quality telecare and telephone response service for each and every customer.

You will approach each and every call with sensitivity, understanding and patience, ensuring that the customer receives the appropriate support that they need whilst also complying with client and regulatory requirements


Duties:


  • To provide the highest possible standard of customer care and support at all times whilst always giving priority to the safety and security.
  • To be customer focused, ensuring all interactions are handled in accordance with specified service standards
  • Have a confident telephone manner with prompt and accurate administration skills.
  • To escalate any problems / complaints appropriately
  • To liaise with 3rd party organisations
  • Have a cando, positive attitude, using your initiative to be able to work as part of a team and be able to prioritise your daily duties according to the business needs.
  • Work in accordance with the Company's mission statement, aims and values, corporate objectives and service standards.

Various working Hours available:
Days - Between the hours of 9am - 9pm

Nights - Between the hours of 9pm - 9am 4 nights on 4 nights off
- £9.50 per hour between the hours of 6.30am and 10pm (paid weekly)
- £11.50 per hour between the hours of 10pm and 6.30am (paid weekly)


Job Types:
Temp to perm, Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£9.50-£11.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift
