FIELD SERVICE MANAGER

Salary - £30,000 - £36,000

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for the next step in your career?


Our client, a family run company based in Haverfordwest are looking for a Service Manager to lead the field service engineering team, customer service, maintenance and support.


You will meet existing and potential new customers and will be the face of the service operation, providing back up support as required.


As the Service Manager you will be managing all serviced and returned parts ensuring serviced parts are returned and accounted for.


You will have experience and knowledge of field service engineering and will be a hands on, flexible manager with the ability to lead by example.


You will be responsible for holding manufacturing and production to account to deliver a product that exceeds the customers' expectations.
