4-5+ years conceptual creative (Art Director) experience at advertising agencies and/or as an in-house creative.

  • An online creative portfolio demonstrating a conceptual thinking skillset, art direction and design.
  • Conceptual Creative (Art Director) should have indepth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision), and a basic understanding of UX design.
  • Datadriven and obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign.
  • Excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
  • Strong organisation and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional at your craft and a critical project owner.
  • A fascination with innovation and technology.
  • Selfstarter. Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitask.


Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to create one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of brands across our European locales.

You'll partner with art directors, copywriters, designers, solutions managers and producers to create first-class customer experiences both on and offline by innovating with the Amazon canvas (Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, etc).

You'll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope from brief to execution.

This is a perm role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Concept, design (art) and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers strategists and producers to create customerfocused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
  • Independently lead campaigns and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external agency partners.
  • Obsessed with understanding customers and making work that delivers both innovation and results.
  • Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies and internally.
  • Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital, outofhome, experiential and social.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines.

A day in the life

  • Partnering with verity of brands, media and creative agencies to work on innovative campaigns for automotive, finance, energy, insurance and telco.
  • From designing brand experience from documentary films in Prime Video to Alexa branded experiences, you will always strive to create a never been done before ideas.
  • Presenting a campaign to brand clients and their partners in creative and media agencies.
  • Reviewing edits and work in progress with your partners, collect and respond to feedback in order to meet the highest creative standards.
