  • Update the CRM system with customer details and requests
  • Ensure customers have an excellent customer experience
  • Keep stakeholders updated with progress

Customer Service Supervisor's Skills Required

  • Experience within highend retail, hospitality or hotels
  • Experience as a Customer Services Supervisor offering superior customer service facetoface
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Experience using MS Office and CRM system
  • Team player
  • UK/EU Driving licence
