We have an exciting new opportunity for a New Client Consultant to join our fast-paced, professional and dedicated Property Sales team.

You will provide accurate and appropriate advice to prospective clients on all aspects of a property sale.


The Role*This Edinburgh based role is suitable for individuals who have excelled within a sales environment and who wish to either start or continue their career in the Property / Estate Agency sector.

Our New Client Consultants are highly motivated individuals who communicate effectively and professionally.

Your key responsibility is to develop strong relationships with clients over the telephone in order to generate leads and secure valuation appointments.

You will ensure that accurate and appropriate advice is provided to all prospective clients whilst evaluating the strength of the lead before offering appropriate solutions.

The role will involve generating new business by managing a high volume of incoming inquiries as well as following up sales and purchase leads, in a timely manner and converting these leads into sales.

Excellent writing and typing skills are beneficial. You will work towards individual and team-based incentives and successfully promote products and services to our customers.

Some of these include developing leads for our valuation and mortgage advice teams as well as driving revenue for the company and for our valuable clients.


We are recruiting for an individual who has an extremely motivated nature as well as a professional tone and telephone manner.

Telephone sales experience within a fast paced sales environment is extremely beneficial. You will be confident in your ability to build rapport instantly and have strong listening skills. You will be passionate about client centric values in the workplace.

Essential Skills and Knowledge*- A proven track record working a fast paced sales or customer service environment;

  • A proven track record in working towards sales targets.
  • Superb written and spoken English skills;
  • An enthusiastic and professional telephone manner;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A positive approach to all tasks;
  • Excellent IT skills.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Local property market knowledge;
  • Telephone Sales experience gained from within a call centre environment.

Remuneration Package:
Salary of £20,000 to £23,000 FTE per annum plus bonus. Standard working hours of work are Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm and 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Wednesday.

You will receive a monthly bonus based on hitting weekly and monthly, individual and team, targets as well as for generating leads for the business.
