Description
Talent84 are actively sourcing warehouse Operatives for our client based in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join the team.


Duties:


  • Controlling goods in and goods out, ensuring paperwork is correct
  • Carrying out quality checks of goodsin
  • Ensuring goods inwards are placed in the designated areas
  • Loading of despatch items onto vehicles with the use of a forklift
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept in tidy and safe conditions
  • Operating a forklift within the warehouse
  • Carrying out stock checks in line with the stock management software
  • Full UK Driving License preferable but not essential.
  • FLT Experience preferable but in hous training provided if hold a Full UK Driving License
  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment.

Shift Times:6.30am - 2.30pm, 2.30pm pm, 10.30pm - 6.30am


Pay Rates:
£10.64


Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£10.64 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gateshead, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
