Are you an HR Officer looking to get more involved in HR Operations and Recruitment? Prospectus is delighted to be working with a London based charity who are looking to add an extra officer to their team, and it could be you

This role will suit someone who sees their future career growing within HR and has the aspiration to develop existing Human Resources experience.

Based at home, you will work collaboratively with the HR team, and will go into the London office on a sporadic and as needed basis.

You will undertake varied responsibilities and play a crucial role across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for queries. You will assist with recruitment campaigns and support managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will support and streamline day-to-day operational activities and assist with whole employee lifecycle.

You will already be working within HR and have knowledge of data protection, policies, and employment law. You will have excellent communication skills and experience holding professional relationships with people at all levels.
