Landscape Garden Designer, Sales & Project Manager

Location:
Southampton, SO32 2DA

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus potential achievable £10,000 Bonus Reward

Job type:
Full-Time, Permanent

Based in Curdridge, Southampton the company's services cover the whole of Hampshire and into the surrounding counties.

About the role

Key duties:

Estimating, Design & Sales - To convert enquiry leads into live projects by:

Understanding the client's requirements
Providing clients with solutions for their gardens and presenting these ideas through detailed drawings or computer aided design
Providing the clients with competitive quotes, whilst maintaining profit margin
Selling our products and services
Achieving sales budgets and profits

Project Management:

Managing staff on site, overseeing workmanship
Providing clear instructions
Managing health & afety and risk assessments
Following company procedures
Liaising with Clients, Suppliers and colleagues

About you:

Experience in sales confidence in presenting ideas to clients
Experience of working as a Designer and/or have a design qualification
It is essential that you are computer literate and ideally have experience using CAD, KeySCAPE or sketchup
Horticulture knowledge and/or a qualification
Good interpersonal skills
Time management skills
Project Management experience
Meet deadlines
Positive and friendly "can do attitude"
Flexible
Problem solving
