    Technical Support Engineer
    Sales and Support Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Onyx Conseil. As a leading manufacturer of medical grade temperature-controlled storage solutions, we operate on a global scale, shipping to over 90 different countries.

    In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing product support to customers globally. Key responsibilities include:
    1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat to diagnose and troubleshoot common problems.
    2. Providing clear and concise technical guidance to customers, including step-by-step instructions for resolving issues.


    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a demanding environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
