Windmill9 Consulting are currently working with a well known and highly reputable property firm based in South Nottingham that has an opportunity available for two Property Managers to join their firm on a permanent basis.

The company is a well know property business with a strong name within the Nottingham property market

Duties within the role Maintaining a portfolio of properties

  • Arrangement of common repairs and maintenance as required
  • Liaising with internal and external contractors
  • Arranging handovers
  • Managing work schedules of contractors
  • Client retention
  • Organising repairs, quotes, invoices, rent payments, contractor payments
  • Preparing paperwork for leases & end of tenancies
  • Dealing with deposits, council tax, energy suppliers
  • Conducting viewings, inspections, start and end of tenancy check ins and outs
