Description

As a Student Supervisor, you will oversee and support the academic and personal development of students with special educational needs and disabilities including Autism, SEMH and behavioural challenges.

You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and conducive learning environment, fostering student engagement, and ensuring the overall well-being of students under your supervision.


In this role, you will gain support from the leadership team and receive training to further your career in education.

The position can be part time or full time to suit you, with hours generally being 8.30-4pm, with the added bonus of being term-time only.

It's the perfect opportunity to work around your childcare commitments and have the holidays off without needing to fund childcare arrangements


Special schools and mainstream schools are crying out for individuals who are focused on using their intrinsic caring nature to enhance the education of their pupils, and you could be part of that team.


The end of each day will leave you feeling fulfilled and satisfied that you have done a good day's work, and you'll be excited to see what the next day will bring.

The milestones some of the pupil's aspire to achieve are often hard to reach, but with your help, they will get there, and that feeling when they do is incredible
