We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team.

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for all financial matters reporting to a Board of Trustees on a monthly basis.

This is a crucial role that requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various office software.


Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assume responsibility for financial record keeping and bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare financial reports, invoices, and statements
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with budgeting processes
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits or tax filings
  • Process staff wages.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Experience in processing wages.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
