'''Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team.
As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for all financial matters reporting to a Board of Trustees on a monthly basis.
This is a crucial role that requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various office software.Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assume responsibility for financial record keeping and bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with budgeting processes
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits or tax filings
- Process staff wages.
Skills:
- Proficiency in office software.
- Experience in processing wages.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
