About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Executive Assistant support to Senior Management, including full diary management, complex travel booking, time entry, expense and invoice entry
  • Administrative support for the wider team
  • Be the glue in a growing team the team will rely on you for any updates within the company therefore you will need a sound understanding of FTI's processes and procedures
  • Arrange team wide meetings and social events (monthly basis)
  • Onboarding of contractors managing contracts from beginning to end, dealing with contract extensions and amendments, and processing monthly contractor invoices
  • Work with all FTI internal departments
  • HR, Legal, Recruitment etc. as and when needed
  • Help to manage and maintain project invoices and payments for the team
  • Maintain awareness of business development opportunities and log/ track these on the CRM system
  • Liaising with marketing, management of bios, updating case studies and marketing materials
  • Track new joiner processes, ensure smooth onboarding and follow through
  • The business requires an Executive Assistant that will be able to work from the London FTI Consulting office for a minimum of 3/4 days a week

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ability to prioritise workload and to deal with multiple parties and requests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport with people at all levels
  • Ability to communicate on behalf of senior leaders both to internal and external parties
  • Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed
  • Strong attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to handle confidential issues with utmost sensitivity
  • Strong levels of discretion and integrity
  • Ability to pursue and find solutions when they may not be immediately visible or available
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Sound qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience of both 1:1 and team support will be advantageous
  • Proven experience of supporting senior management, preferably in a consulting or financial environment is highly desirableG1
