Do you have previous experience within Debt Recovery and looking for a new challenge? My client, who is an award winning, legal 500 firm, is looking to appoint a Debt Recovery Executive to develop their career in a leading and highly respected team, basedin Leeds.


Due to expansion this employer of choice is looking to recruit a new fee earner to their highly successful team.

As part of the Debt Recovery Executive role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with small claims, also winding up and bankruptcy claims
  • Issue legal proceedings and take further action
  • Attend client meetings, review performance levels, improve service to clients, resolution of any problems or issues
  • Liaising with clients
  • Dispute resolution


It is essential you have experience in a similar role with small claims and bankruptcy and winding up experience is desirable.
