If you are look no further, we have a great opportunity for you as a Customer Advisor working with
Yorkshire Ambulance Service.


This service is open
24/7 so you work as part of a team covering
day,
night and
weekend shifts so you must be
fully flexible.



As a Customer Advisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Being first point of contact for the general public calling 11
  • Deliver high Quality, safe and clinically effective health care support over the telephone.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is filled out correctly.
  • Data Entry

WHO SHOULD APPLY

  • You must have a
    flexible approach to working hours
    ALL ROTA'S will include a mixture of shifts including nights, earlys,
    3/4 weekends and
    6/8 bank holidays (please note that rota's are given to you 5 weeks in advance)
HOURS & PAY

  • Weekdays 7am to 8pm During first 12 weeks £ hour. Pay updates after training.
  • Nights = 8pm to 7am and Saturday shifts during the first 12 weeks £14.07ph. Pay updates after training.
  • Sundays and Bank Holidays During the first 12 weeks £ hour. Pay updates after training.

Salary:
£10.42-£19.72 per hour
