About the role:


Within Ocado's Planning and Supply Chain Function sits the Supply Chain Administration Team, who are an integral part of keeping the Supply Chain function operating.

We are currently looking for an Administrator who will help Supply Chain operate even more efficiently, by completing a wide range of administrative tasks.

You will work closely with Demand Planners as well as Suppliers to solve any problems with the setup of our products.


You will be:

In this role, the primary responsibilities revolve around the seamless management of product information and supplier relations.

This includes the setup of new products on our systems, ensuring their visibility on the WebShop, and proper storage in our CFCs.

Precision is crucial in accurately inputting diverse product data, encompassing descriptions, lifespan, costs, and prices, into our systems.

The role extends to overseeing the supplier setup process, maintaining transparent communication with suppliers, and managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) relationships—a critical method for transmitting Purchase Orders in the retail industry.

The daily routine involves conducting comprehensive checks across various data sources, promptly identifying errors, and rectifying them to uphold optimal business efficiency.

It's noteworthy that this position reports to the Senior Supply Chain Administrator and does not involve line management responsibilities.
