Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2.30pm (flexible hours)

The Role:

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to the Monitoring Sales Department.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Ensure newly commissioned sites are being billed correctly.
  • Provide customer quotations for the department.
  • Order alarm products via CSL & Redcare software (training will be provided).
  • Chase orders from suppliers.
  • Create new customer accounts.
  • Manage supplier returns i.e. faulty or not required.
  • Manage and maintain price list and communicate any price changes to clients.
  • Monitor and update supplier invoices.
  • Liaise with IT and Marketing to ensure website amendments are updated.
  • Manage subscriptions and renewals for new commissioned or decommissioned customers.
  • Update excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries received by all methods are dealt with efficiently.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Previous SAP experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
