The Role


Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you'll be
passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role's main purpose is to
conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and
negotiate sales and their progress through exchange and completion.


Valuation experience would be beneficial as well.


It's a passion you'll share with your colleagues, who'll support and assist you to deliver the
best customer service possible.



The Role

As a Sales Consultant you will be in charge of:

  • Providing
    honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team

Following office procedures & policies:

  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Listing
    properties on the market:
  • Proactively
    ring thorough database for business generation:
  • You will have
    strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills:
  • You will have
    solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems

Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key

  • You will be
    well spoken and well presented:
  • You will be
    target driven and ambitious:
  • You will have
    excellent organizational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance

£21,673.00-£24,000.00 per year
