Wellington, Somerset (office based)
£23,000 - £25,000 PA DOE

Hours of work:
9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break) Our client are also open to applicants who want to work school hours and are flexible on start and finish time.
About the company:
A successful and growing Southwest utilities company that value their clients and provide a professional and efficient service.
You will provide administrative support within the office, undertaking general office duties, as well as operations administrative support.
- Answering the telephone and directing incoming telephone calls.
- Preparation and collation of all office and works paperwork, including accurate electronic document filing.
- Assisting with preparation of cost breakdowns for approval.
- Helping with end of month spreadsheets.
- Processing invoices on the internal finance system and update sales spreadsheets.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders as required.
- Adding new suppliers to the system.
- Helping oversee the ordering of PPE.
- Processing expenses receipts and logging on the system.
- Maintaining stationary stock.
- Booking accommodation, and some adhoc flight/train travel arrangements.
- Looking after daily outgoing post.
- Providing full office cover in the event of absence of other office staff.
The ideal Administrator:
- Previous experience within an office based administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills knowledge of MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems.
- Experience of managing administrative processes with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Organised and able to use own initiative.
