    We are seeking a Recoveries Manager to lead our Collections and Recoveries team at Asset Finance International Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and management to a small team of skilled professionals, driving collections strategies and fostering high performance collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement and refine collections strategies in alignment with business goals, working closely with the Head of Collections.
    • Lead, mentor and inspire a team of Recovery Account Managers, promoting professional growth and a culture of high performance.
    • Monitor and manage delinquency rates, credit losses and recovery rates, identifying emerging trends and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.
    • Improve collections processes, workflows and tools, ensuring efficiency while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align collections strategies and share insights for comprehensive risk management.
    • Oversee relationships with external collections agencies and service providers, ensuring robust contracts and aligned vendor performance.
    • Provide regular updates on Portfolio Performance, Collections Metrics and Key Initiatives to Senior Management.

    Your Background:

    • 3-5 years' experience managing a Recoveries Team within the Financial Services Industry (ideally Asset Finance).
    • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to drive transformation within the Recoveries team.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to grow, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
    • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
