My clients seeking an experienced Admin/ invoicing clerk to join their well established, niche company based in Colnbrook on either a full time or part time basis
Duties would include:
- Preparing invoices to send to clients
- Issuing invoices
- Processing monthly invoices
- Liaising with operations and the accounts team on a daily basis
- You will be resolving customer queries, investigate and update customers promptly on any queries.
- Creating reports for management
- General admin
Working hours:
- Full time: Monday
- Friday
- Part time: 34 full days
Skills required:

Freight forwarding experience:
- PC literate
- Good admin skills
- Attention to details
