Customer Service Executive


Salary:
£27,000 - £31,000 per annum


Location:
St Albans


Contract:
Permanent, Full Time


Hours:
Shifts between Monday - Sunday, between 9am and 8pm


COMPANY PROFILE

Our client, a well-established organisation is looking for an experienced Customer Service Experience Executive to join their team in St Albans.

If you have strong customer service skills and are confident liaising with customers over the phone this could be the next exciting opportunity for you


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Competent with the use of Social Media platforms.
  • Has the ability to work well in a fast paced environment and highly organised.
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • A second language would be beneficial e.g. French, German, Spanish or Italian.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Log all correspondence on the company database
  • Manage bookings made on various channels
  • Update customers on any outstanding payments on their accounts.
  • Process any booking cancellations or amendments
