Responsibilities:


  • General maintenance of the building
  • Basic plumbing jobs
  • Plastering, decorating and painting
  • Basic electric work
  • Completion of paperwork (fire drills, checking lighting etc)
The main priorities will be painting & decorating the rooms and corridors as well as completing the maintenance book.

Required to start ASAP

Full time hours 40 per week
