Description

Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage hiring for our rapidly scaling engineering, product, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

To achieve Net Zero and build an energy system based on clean, renewable energy, the world needs to vastly increase the capacity of energy grids, aiming to expand it 2-3 times by 2050 to achieve a full transition.

The Energy & Utilities sectors have historically relied on manual planning processes & outsourcing repetitive tasks. We have developed an AI-powered tool, Optioneer, that helps plan new infrastructure projects much faster and at lower risk.

Our customers include large enterprises like SSE, National Grid, SGN, BP, RWE and Xodus Group.

Since launch, we have supported over 30,000 km of new linear infrastructure - underground and subsea power cables, overhead transmission lines, hydrogen and water pipelines.

After successfully launching our go-to-market team at the start of this year, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth and scaling up our team across software development, product development, customer success, sales and marketing.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will partner with department leads to build an 18+ month hiring roadmap and recruit top talent across multiple functions.

This is a hands-on recruiting role where you'll help rapidly scale our world-class team. If you have startup recruiting experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Your Role:

  • Managing screening, interviews, assessments, offers and closings for 2030 roles over the next 1218 months. This will include involving relevant internal stakeholders from various technical backgrounds.
  • Tracking and reporting on hiring funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating on employer branding, internships and other recruitingrelated initiatives
  • Working closely with our People Ops Manager and Team Leads to facilitate efficient onboarding

You will bring:

  • 3+ years as an inhouse recruiter, ideally at a highgrowth startup or tech company
  • Experience recruiting across technical and gotomarket functions
  • Strong sourcing abilities and network within the tech community
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Lever or Rippling
  • A datadriven approach to analysing hiring funnel and recruiting KPIs
  • A passion for recruiting diverse, highperforming talent

  • £60,000
  • A chance to be an early member of a fastgrowing startup with equity to match
  • An opportunity to help us accelerate the world's transition to decarbonisation

  • Hybrid work structure that allows you to choose where you get your best work done
