Brand Coordinator - Sales and Operations Focus
Are you a multitasking maestro with a passion for turning brand strategies into tangible success stories? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Brand Coordinator with a specialized focus on Sales and Operations.
Responsibilities:

Sales Forecasting Sorcerer:
- Work your magic in predicting sales trends and communicating forecasts to licensors.
1.2 Mastermind of Listings:
- Maintain master product range listings meticulously, categorizing by brand and retailer across UK, EMEA, and GLOBAL territories.
1.3 Contract Commander:
- Process and distribute contracts with meticulous attention to detail. Keep a hawkeye on contract tracking.
1.4 Trade Show Maestro:
- Plan and coordinate trade show and event meeting schedules, ensuring our brand presence is felt on a global stage.
1.5 Inquiry Whisperer:
- Handle general business inquiries from licensor partners with grace and efficiency.
1.6 Meeting Maestro:
- Take charge of booking meetings and attending them, ensuring everything runs like a welloiled machine.
1.7 Conference Call Conductor:
- Attend and facilitate conference calls and meetings with partners, adding your touch of brilliance when necessary.

8 Note Scribe and Next Step Maven:
- Keep meticulous notes during meetings and send out next steps to attendees, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
1.9 Presentation Picasso:
- Develop presentations and pitches that captivate and convey the essence of our brand.
1.10 Media Coverage Tracker:
- Keep an eagle eye on media coverage related to our brand, providing valuable insights.
1.11 Brand Immersion Maestro:
- Manage the Brand Immersion deck for our Sales teams, ensuring everyone is wellversed in our brand story.
1.12 Sample Sorcery:
- Take charge of sample orders, ensuring they are sent out promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Brand Coordinator role with a focus on Sales and Operations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail in contract processing and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries and facilitating meetings.
- Proficiency in developing presentations and tracking media coverage.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary:
£15,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
