We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Supporting the ML VP Operations Excellence, ML VP HR, ML Project Delivery Director and their leadership teams.
- Assisting in key event organisation, data collation, local communications, event planning and collation of data packs, supporting business and account development and the growth strategy for ML
- To be flexible, proactive and work well as part of a team to support as cover during holidays and periods of absence
- Communicate effectively with individuals up and down the management chain and influence them to meet timescales
Now, here's what we need from you:
- Understanding of Supply Chain in the UK/I and Manufacturing Logistics division (desirable)
- To travel to different sites as and when needed willingness to travel essential
- Selfmotivated, wellorganised, adaptable, and resilient
- Customer oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable analysing data and drawing conclusions
- Intermediate level skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience of working as an administrator, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business
- Can do positive attitude
