Incident Management Specialist (Hybrid, London / Cambridge)

1 year Fixed Term Employment


This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing an all-hazards incident management framework across AVEVA, working with stakeholders from across the business to enhance AVEVA's preparedness and response capability to disruptive events.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement and maintain centralised incident management processes, tools, templates and plans
  • Test incident management processes and communication internally as well as working with Scheider Electric to align and coordinate effectively
  • Support the Head of Group Crisis Management in developing and delivering all hazards incident management training programme
  • Collaborate crossdepartmentally to develop function and team specific incident response plans.
  • Collaborate with AVEVA cybersecurity to build 24/7 allhazards incident reporting, triage and initial response capability
  • Manage AVEVA Incident Management Team membership
  • Conduct scheduled communication tests to ensure the activation and escalation process works
  • Provide response support to the team where required.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Allhazards Incident management and response experience
  • Allhazards incident planning experience
  • Experience designing and delivering allhazards incident management training and exercises
  • Experience using employee notification systems
  • Ability to understand and produce high quality reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and a high degree of diplomacy.
  • Be able to effectively prioritise, manage competing deadlines, and respond to changing priorities.
