What You'll be doing

mycashline is hiring a Partnerships Graduate to work with our third party brokers to originate new business for mycashline; working with our underwriting team and brokers who provide us leads or with customers directly to get them to understand and take out our mycashline business loan product.

You will be responsible to:
- manage and organise the sales pipeline
- contact direct applicants to get their information (such as bank statements)
- work with the underwriting team and credit risk team internally
- follow up and own your sales pipeline & work closely with senior management to ensure further and more business coming through direct and broker channels
- explain and negotiate offers to brokers or customers directly

Requirements & Skills

Selfstarter and comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment
Previous experience with emerging / high growth companies _
advantage_
A very strong phone manner, an ability to think on your feet & a good listener
A good negotiator with good written communication skills
