Credit Controller


Our FMcg client based in the Dungannon area have a requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in dealing with Sales Ledger management and debtor control.

40-hour week, Monday-Friday with the opportunity of flexi start time and an early Friday finish

Duties:_

  • Use EDI and Customer portals for processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve disputed accounts, to ensure all customer receipts are made in accordance
  • Set up New Customer accounts.
  • Suggest improvements to existing systems where necessary

Requirements:_

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Credit Control/Sales Ledger role in a busy environment
  • Has a good understanding of the sales cycle
  • Purchase order, delivery note, sales invoice, cash remittance posting, credit note issue
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Is strong on excel & IT systems so is able to wade through large volumes of data to find what they need and correct if necessary
  • Able to come with ideas on how internal processes can be improved
  • Once bedded into the role can work under own initiative and take the lead on all sales ledger tasks
