This AHT will be partially class based and will teach a small Year 6 group during the morning session with afternoons dedicated to their leadership role.


  • Key Stage 2 lead
  • Head of personal development
  • RE lead
  • Responsibility for English
  • Responsible for standard of teaching and learning for Key Stage 2
To be eligible for this role you need to;

  • Have UK QTS
  • Experience in a leadership role is preferable but not essential
  • Proven track record of excellent classroom practice
  • Preferably experience of leading teams, monitoring teaching and learning, successfully leading school improvement and raising standards
  • Also open to ambitious, solution focused and dynamic Teachers who are looking to step up into a Assistant Headship position
