Description

Personal care assistants (Day and Sleeping shifts) for a bright and capable young man with learning disabilities and T1 diabetes.

(2/3 positions:
full time and part time)
Opportunity to join an existing flexible small personal support team, located in the Kilsyth area (rural village setting)
Permanent positions. Pensionable.

Working from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am including 8 hours sleepover paid at minimum wage for sleeping hours.
Vacancy 1 : 3 nights: 42 hours per week
Vacancy 2 : 2 nights: 28 hours

Vacancy 3:
Flexible daytime part/time: 18 hours
[All posts require some flexibility required to cover holidays and social activities]
Shift patterns t.b.a.

Expected earnings:
negotiable: £12 p.h. waking hours plus generous sleepover allowance
Position located in employers own home.
Pension scheme available.
Family employer - self directed support.

We are looking for 2-3 caring and capable people able to work unsupervised and as part of of a 24/7 team.

Formal qualifications are less important than a caring and supportive ethos, but some experience of caring would be helpful. Full training and induction given.

£12.00 per hour
