More Recruitment is opening it's new Executive Branch in London and we're looking for a Senior Executive Consultants to join and lead the branch.

More Recruitment is one of the leading Recruitment agencies in the Midlands with offices in Leicester, Northampton and Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is ready to a more responsible role and start to lead and develop on a new branch.

You will need experience recruiting in the desired industries, Accountancy, Legal, I.T, Sales, Administration, White Collar Construction.

This role to start with will be a Hybrid role, working as many days as you like in a Co Working office and and no more than 2 days from home.

The office won't be ready until May and once complete the role will become a full time office role.

Basic Salary - Starting Pay of £32k pa

Commission Structure - Perm Placements are paid out on the charge to the clients, for example: - If the client is charged 15% you are paid 15% commission.

The higher the charge the higher the commission pay out.

Commission - Temp or contract is paid out at 8%

All commission is paid over monthly target.

Yearly Profit Share

All equipment is provided and is all new equipment.

Potential for profit shares after one year service.
