Recruitment Specialist
I am delighted to be working with a Specialist company within the Automotive industry based in Belfast to recruit their new Recruitment Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis.
Duties:
- You will report to the HR manager and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include:
- Working closely with the HR team on providing HR advice and guidance to colleagues and line managers.
- Implement and assist in the management of the recruitment process.
- Generate and prepare employment contracts and all related correspondence.
- Communicating HR procedures to all departments.
- Assist in the management and recording of all learning and development for teams.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working as an HR professional in a busy office environment
- Experience working with HR database
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral)
- Ability to take accountability and work on own initiative without supervision
- A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business and the role including flexible travel to all locations as required.
- Excellent IT Skills with proven experience in Microsoft Packages
