Recruitment Specialist


I am delighted to be working with a Specialist company within the Automotive industry based in Belfast to recruit their new Recruitment Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis.


Duties:


  • You will report to the HR manager and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include:
  • Working closely with the HR team on providing HR advice and guidance to colleagues and line managers.
  • Implement and assist in the management of the recruitment process.
  • Generate and prepare employment contracts and all related correspondence.
  • Communicating HR procedures to all departments.
  • Assist in the management and recording of all learning and development for teams.

What we are looking for:


  • Experience working as an HR professional in a busy office environment
  • Experience working with HR database
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral)
  • Ability to take accountability and work on own initiative without supervision
  • A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business and the role including flexible travel to all locations as required.
  • Excellent IT Skills with proven experience in Microsoft Packages
