Description

Ideal Foods Ltd, a busy international export company require an full time ffice administrator working in their Grimsby Seafood Factory.


Overall Purpose:

To be the key operative to assist in the management of stock flow through Ideal Foods processing facility, to work with an onsite team with direct remote report to head office, you will be responsible for the management of all documentation generated by the factory operations.

To process intakes of fresh stock into the factory by raising purchase orders on the ERP system (Netsuite).


Role to include:

  • Good management of documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders for intake of goods and management of records.
  • Ensuring strict deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with head office to investigate errors and discrepancies
  • Ad hoc duties to support Factory Manager and Production Accountant with regards to the management of stock items.
  • To provide a troubleshooting approach to deal with day to day anomalies.
  • Role can be further advanced to assembly builds of stock through the system.

Key attributes:
A team player with excellent communication skills. A positive, can do attitude with a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of organisational processes and efficiencies. Experience with Netsuite is an advantage but not required. Excel and Word skills required.
