Sheffield
£22-25k DOE + Uncapped Commission

**About the client: **Our client is a customer-centric, managed IT services provider based in Sheffield, with over 18 years of experience in providing both remote and on-site IT support they are looking to expand the Sales team with a new Account Manager to join the alreadywell-established Sales team to help grow existing client accounts.

The Role -Joining as a Sales Account Manager you will be a vital part of the company, working inside the solutions team to quote solutions for existing clients and proactively capture opportunities to grow both Monthly and Annual recurring revenue.

Our clients are not a "hard-target-driven sales organization" and instead opt to be a customer service organization, winning tonnes of awards to back up their beliefs.

If you are interested in building relationships with your customers, providing consultation in conjunction with the tech team whilst delivering presentations on products and services, and ultimately growing your career long-term then you are the one we arelooking for

Key Responsibilities -
**- Understanding customer needs and accurately producing quotations on the best solution

  • Meeting clients to discuss IT strategy and carrying out QBR (Quarterly business reviews) with the Technical Team
  • Taking responsibility for updating the internal CRM
  • Ordering the hardware, software and services quoted and then handing them over to the installation team to carry out installations based on service level agreements
  • Liaising across departments to ensure clear communication

Personal Specification Required -:


  • Great communication skills
  • Understanding of sales practices and processes from prospecting to closing
  • Ability to create and nurture relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Happy to learn and grow, you don't need to be an IT guru.
  • We want people with good technical understanding and the ability to learn quickly about the technology and services that are provided.
  • Driving licence with access to a vehicle (Fuel allowance in place for any client visits)**:
