- Achieve sales and margin targets quarterly.
- Identify and win opportunities under the sales plan.
- Advise and promote 3M Fall Protection Solutions to end customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline with Distributors through effective relationships and communication.
- Develop 3M brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors.
- Communicate product updates and development accurately.
- Collaborate with 3M technical teams for on-site support.
- Share leads with 3M colleagues for products/solutions outside core specialism.
- Maintain market, industry, and product knowledge.
- Collect and disseminate market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate data within a CRM system.
- Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data.
- Proficient in IT tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Tenacious and resilient with conflict resolution skills.
- Able to build excellent customer relationships.
- Possession of passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of related EN standards.
- Knowledge of Horizontal Systems Fall Protection training.
