Hays have partnered with a leading Bank to recruit for an ICAAP Risk Analyst for a 6 month contract.
Your new role

Lead the monthly capital forecasting and quarterly stressed capital forecasting
Lead on capital discussions relating to stress testing in capital forums and participate as required in executive committee meetings.
Play a key challenge role in connection with the production of base and stress balance sheet, P&L and Pillar 1 and 2 risk numbers, capital planning and balance sheet modelling,.
Play a key role in the redesign, optimisation, and automation of capital production processes.
Play a key role in the standardisation of finance stress production processes across EMEA.
Lead on providing insight and engagement with Model/EUC Development teams to recommend optimisation solutions for ICAAP model/EUC development and enhancement.

To be considered for this role you will need the following experience;

Strong understanding of European regulations and current developments including PRA and EBA (e.g. SREP, Stress Testing, Pillar 2, ICAAP)
Experience with ICAAP and stress testing
Good project management skills ideally gained in an international and global financial institution
Interpersonal skills, ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of seniority using the English language; ability to make and/or facilitate decisions
