Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings with clients and providing professional advice on the buying, selling, and management of properties
• Identifying potential clients and developing relationships with them
• Listing properties for sale or rent and managing the advertising and marketing of properties to potential clients
• Negotiating and closing property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met
• Maintaining uptodate knowledge of the Manchester real estate market and industry trends
• Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in real estate brokerage in Manchester
• Proven track record of successful property transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Manchester real estate market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
