The Role:

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new challenge?


Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Serve as the main point of contact for dealership visitors.

Listen attentively to customer inquiries and assess vehicle service requirements accurately.

Provide service recommendations based on customer input and vehicle history.

Arrange appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.

Supervise vehicle intake process, noting condition, mileage, and customer concerns.

Suggest additional services or products as per vehicle requirements or manufacturer guidelines.

Keep customers updated on their vehicle's service progress.

Manage warranty claims and relevant paperwork for eligible repairs.


The Package:

Basic Salary of £26,000 + OTE of up to £34,000

Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] + (1-in-2)

Saturdays [8:30am - 12:30pm]
