What are we looking for?
We are searching for a skilled individual to assist with both small and large tasks.

Depending on how much work you wish to do, the work could include a few hours per week or more than 20 hours per week.

Also, you will have a choice of jobs. Simply put, we need more employees to keep expanding.

You must have a personal van and basic tools, be organised, incredibly dependable, polite, fully insured, and diligent.

General Responsibilities:

Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs across supported living properties
Holding responsibility for minor joinery, plumbing and maintenance works, including removing any waste from site
Works include; changing toilet siphons, resealing shower trays, internal painting and decorating, basic tiling, changing light bulbs and adjusting doors and windows
Ensuring that appointments are kept and repairs are carried out promptly within appropriate time scales
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure maintenance work and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently
Completing documentation and job tickets on appropriate systems, relating to materials and time spent

Day-to-day activities will include:

Punchlist work
Plumbing
Electrical
Framing
Finish carpentry
Light HVAC
Drywall and Painting
Appliance installation
Tiling and masonry
Appliance installation
Fault diagnostics
Basic property maintenance repairs
Communicating effectively with team members

Requirements:

Licensed contractors or at least 1+ years of professional experience in the field.
Weekend hours are a plus
Must have your own truck and tools for what is expected per job.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Able to carry out general maintenance repairs
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Common sense and the ability to resolve problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Diligent workethic
Must be willing to work weekends
Must have own tools
