_Accounts Payable Assistant_

_£25,000 - £30,000 DOE + study support, benefits and bonus_

_Hybrid working_

I am currently recruiting for an AP role to join a very exciting and well established Hospitality Company in London.

My client is looking for someone who has had some exposure to or experience in Accounts Payable and looking to start their career in Finance.

My client is all about progression and development and offers study support, Hybrid working and a fantastic company culture

The role will include:

Log invoices received by our three brands in the accounting system
Process invoices into the accounting system after receiving requisite approvals (3-way match) or direct approval
Calculate supplier payment run figures
Forecast future payment run figures using historical information
Manage ageing of invoices and chasing approvals
Maintain good working relationships with all key food suppliers
Perform Supplier Statement reconciliations

Prior experience working in an Accounts Payable team in a company of a similar size
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to highlight issues appropriately
Ability to manage time across multiple deadlines
Team player
Excel Skills
Organised with ability to work to strict deadlines
High attention to detail
